CW Malan Jeffreys Bay Incorporated is a medium-sized law firm proudly serving the Kouga Municipal area from our offices in Jeffreys Bay, Eastern Cape. We offer effective, efficient, and inspired legal services tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
The firm traces its roots back to 1908, when CW Malan was first established in Humansdorp, with subsequent branches opening in Joubertina and Jeffreys Bay. Our Jeffreys Bay office was the first full-time law firm in the area, established by Giel de Swardt on 1 January 1982. Today, while several law firms continue to operate under the CW Malan name, each functions independently.
We take pride in longstanding relationships with our diverse client base, which includes corporate entities, the farming community throughout the Eastern Cape, and members of the general public.
